Only if you are not up to at least 42.X. That is when Navigate on AutoPilot was released, not when V9 was first released.
The software revision number is in the form 2018.42.3 (year.week.minor update no.). Most on here drop the 2018 and just say 42.3. You also need the latest map update before NoA shows up. But mine came with the 42.3 update.
So when you know you have at least 42.X and have the latest maps, then NoA will show up under AutoPilot settings to be turned on. Then the next time you have a Nav route configured on a limited access highway a blue NoA button appears at the top of the turn-by-turn list.
