Need help! Unusual delay for Texas delivery

Tesla received my full payment around June 26th as I confirmed with my bank. The car is still showing in California as of now and my ETA has been pushed back several times from July 7th to August 3rd.
I tried to contact everyone including my ISA and local delivery center, no one seems to know what happened and when exactly will I receive it.
Guy from local delviery center suggest that this is very rare situation and he never seen delay for such a long time.

I couldn't get anyone from Tesla to try and solve this issue due to my ISA fully disappeared.

What can I do? Should I take legal actions now?

Log into your tesla account.

Screen should say, "Trevor's Tesla", and your car and VIN number.

Press "Manage"

page down to "Support"

Where it says "select subject line" change to "Escalate this concern for executive review".

Describe your concern and hit "submit"

Interesting ... I don't have a Support option. Only have "Support Videos"

Maybe this is enabled only when they contact you re: final purchase order?

Call delivery center and see if a new person will act on your behalf. Megan is very energetic.

Not sure this is a "very rare situation".
My situation so far isn't as bad, but showing the same general signs.
I am also taking delivery in Houston.
I was scheduled for a delivery on the 17th (full payment sent on 07/02).
When asking late last week for confirmation as I was ready to sell my current car, ISA eventually told me his system showed the car in transit and not to arrive in Houston before 07/28, but was confused with delivery date from the local team to still show 07/17.
On the 16th, the local center called to say the car wasn't there, and rescheduled me for 07/21, but admitted he didn't know where the car was and that their tracking system is "unreliable".
ISA called me back later that night, told me his system now showed the car should be in Houston on the 20th, on time for 07/21 delivery, but could not tell where it was either.
I have a feeling the story is not quite over.

Given the car has to be fully paid before it is even shipped, it would be nice to at least have a 'fedex like' tracking system where you see that you car is indeed making its way to you. Would also probably reduce the volume of calls the ISA have to manage, the two times I got to talk to mine, he spent a significant amount of time talking about his workload, not realizing the person at the other end of the line also has a lot of work and can't afford to take days off and cancel meetings every few days for a tentative delivery date.

Your cars may be on the same truck:). You’ll love your car when it arrives. Saturday, Jul 28, at 0900 Tesla Club of Houston is having a breakfast at Weights + Measures in Midtown (just west of downtown)- please join with or without your new cars!

Mine is taking way too long. They are telling now that it was sent by rail and are now in transit. They couldn't even figure out when did they put it on a train. 2~3 weeks is normal. Over a month is just outrageous. At least your ISA actually responded to you. Mine is just disappeared since July 5th. I hope you will take your delivery in time which may give me some confidence in Tesla.

Oh man, you and BezosBlue are going to give me nightmares. This is like that time as a young teen I snuck downstairs to watch Salem's Lot on TV and it gave me the willies for months.

Oooo, this Tesla owner's meet is close enough for me to come troll with my Bolt. Done & done. ;)

Anything new on these delivery problems in Houston? Supposed to take delivery in about a week but seems like many are experiencing delays...

Yes, I got the car today (initially scheduled on 17th, then pushed to 21st, then call this morning that it was ready to be picked up today.

They received a large batch yesterday, and today were actually doing "group orientation", i.e. one specialist delivering two cars at once. Since I thought I knew enough about the car, I was proposed to just drive off, which I did.

As almost everybody before me has said, amazing car.

Good luck y'all!
