New Model 3 keeps steering/pulling towards right

I got this Tesla Model 3 last week and automatically steers towards the right. I went in for service and they said the alignment was messed up and fixed it but it still steers towards the right. They said they don't see any issue and it's just the road crown. But my other two friends Teslas doesn't automatically steer towards the right.

Anyone have any suggestions and what to say to the service to fix this?

Did you try them yourself on the same roads? Roads are crowned such that the car will slowly drift to the right even on a perfectly straight road, which is probably why they said it might be road crown.

There is also a steering offset setting in the service mode that may need to be reset, although supposedly it's supposed to relearn by itself with enough driving.

How much does biased camber come into play with an issue like this?
These are Non Adjustable camber front/back ?
Could that be causing the vehicle to wander, and since it is non adjustable, it is what it is on that specific vehicle using the OEM parts?
Curious how often people are replacing the originals with aftermarket adjustable to correct a unadjustable bias?

Same thing happened to me. It was so bad when I accepted delivery, I turned around and went back to Tesla and told them they had to fix it or they can have it back. They refused that day. Some excuse about alignment rack out of service. I had to come back and be first in line before they opened for them to fix what should never have been a problem to begin with. It still isn't right. So, I made another appointment. This thing needs to get fixed.

So many people on this board and other forums seem blinded, enamored, or just plain sycophantic about Tesla that they make excuses for them when it comes to basic mechanical features that should be perfect in a brand new car when driving it off the lot. Maybe it's denial. Maybe people don't want to admit they got screwed by Tesla poor delivery and awful quality assurance.

As for the road crown, that is the oldest excuse in the book. I tried to get them to immediately take the car back because I didn't want a problem from the beginning, but they refused. They claimed "we have the best alignment specialists in town". That should have been an immediate red flag. Anyone claiming to be the best or having the best is just a technique to shutdown arguments. Obviously, I'm on here because Tesla in KC clearly does NOT have the best alignment specialists. And now they want to charge me $275 dollars.

I have a question for anyone who might know, what is the significance of the Steering Angle Sensor value. If mine always returns to -1 degrees, even after reset, what does that mean? To me it seems to confirm that when I have to put constant slight left steer to keep the car from pulling right, it means the car has learned that center to keep the car going straight requires -1 degrees steering to compensate for bad alignment.

Watching this one.... It is so ironic that this had popped up. I went to LA from SD and back. I noticed the same thing driving back. I told my wife look when I took my hand off the wheel. You could already tell the wheel was off centered and the car would coast to the right. I haved noticed lately since I only commute to work and it is light stops.

My brand new MYLR does the same. Did two alignments with Tesla and it still is doing the same.. the service person said, just drive 5k miles and come back, I’m at 500miles. Not sure how to fix this
That is not bad advice. Occasionally it is correct. Tires can take a set. Components settle in etc. After 5K miles try rotating the tires first. That would eliminate that.
If it does not get better, camp out in their driveway until they fix it.

I suppose I should clarify my "funny" response to the previous post. The video was funny, I enjoyed that. But not as a response to the OP problem. But I don't think I can upvote and downvote at the same time, so I just went with amusing video.

I had this issue on my brand new Model 3 I picked up in June this year, after multiple SC visits and alignments, steering rack replacement they finally found the culprit, a bent compliance link in the front right, replaced it and now finally drives straight.

Any fixes so far? My MY 23 still doing it after the service techs swapped out tires under warranty for foam coming loose. It’s still doing the pull to the right crap. Makes no sense how this is a smart car but not smart enough to do the most basic thing.. going friggin straight 🤦🏽

Really! That's shocking that it took so long for them to get to the root of the problem. The first thing a good tech would do before performing an alignment is to verify the condition of the suspension/steering.
