As a new Tesla owner I got 1500 miles of free supercharging however because of covid we didn’t get a chance to travel and use them. It says on my account that they will expire soon, is it true? And if so how can i get it extended? It’s unfortunate because before covid we used to travel a lot.

Before you do a lot of work looking for an extension... it might be good to determine the value of those free supercharging miles. It's probably worth about $100.

Disappearing Free Supercharger Miles

Picked up my M3 LR last week and it had 1000 free super charger miles as I used a friends referral code. Noticed today it went down to 940 miles. I haven’t used a Tesla super charger since taking delivery. Any ideas?

For the OP's case, 1500 miles may be worth $81 or $162, depending upon the cost per kWh at the local Supercharger (in my example $0.21 or $0.42).

Sometimes, yeah. Not sure people realize that spending hours creating videos and social media content for one referral = $100 value.

I was in the same situation last spring, with about 240 miles of free charging that I never got to use. I called the nearest Tesla Service Station and they said there was nothing that could be done about those unused miles of free charging. I hope you have better luck

Don't deal with the service center. I don't remember exactly, but there is an e-mail you can write to, and you might be able to get your miles extended. There are several threads here from last year.
