No rear camera recording for sentry/dashcam with mcu2 upgrade

Does anyone have this problem with dashcam/sentry not showing rear camera after the mcu2 upgrade? I know it is not available with mcu1. My rear camera works fine when backing up/driving but the sentry/dashcam recording does not have the rear camera feed.

Yes! I am having the same issue since upgrading 2016 Model S to FSD. Rear camera works fine but won't record in sentry, nothing. First I was told the camera is not compatible, Then I was told I had to purchase the Tesla USB drive and it would fix the issue. So I did, nope.. Today I'm told the camera has "internal issues" and needs to be replaced. Another $800, How do you tell who's telling the truth?

What year is your car and how much did they charge for both?

Problem was solved, turned out they forgot to connect some cable for the rear camera to record.
