I just saw that. Good job on the phone calls, research and letters. Kudos to all!
Excellent! That's two in a row with the tabling of the anti-Tesla bill in New York.
We must not get too cocky though. The dealers associations aren't going to just give up.
Stay vigilant.

Hey Curt! I was very impressed by the Forbes article on "rent seekers" that you linked-to in investor discussions. It's also possible they realized that 30 NC companies supply parts for the model S. Pretty hard to encourage businesses to come to NC if they ban the products they build

While this is indeed great news, I'm at the point of being so cynical and skeptical when it comes to anything the current NC legislature does, I'm suspecting they have something more nefarious planned for a later session.
Then again, as busy as the NC legislature has been in making NC the laughingstock of the south when it comes to reverting to the good ol' days (well, at least for the good ol' boys), destroying the environment, butting into local government and personal space when they proclaim they advocate for small government, etc ad nauseum, guess they have bigger fish to fry first.
