Not Charging at Level 1

My Model 3 didn't charge in my garage on Monday night on trickle charge. I drove to work and it wouldn't work on the level 1 there either. It will charge on level 2. On a level 1 charge the car (an app) says charging but shows 0mi/hr. The charger shows it's charging too. Anybody else have this problem? It normally wouldn't be an issue but I had to leave it at the airport and now watching the vampire drain do it's work.

If it is cold, it is probably using all of the Level 1 power to pre-heat the battery. The fact that the Level 2 will charge supports this as it has enough power to pre-heat the battery and add some charge.

I should have mentioned I'm in California and it's been 40-55 degrees for the month. It was actually colder last month with no problem. This is something new.

Mi/hr is an average battery charge increase over the entire charging session. The Amps reading would let you know if anything is coming through the charger. For cold conditions I would think you could show 0 MPH but 12A. All going to the heater and not to the battery.

You have a PCS failure. Call tesla, they should diagnose remotely. Otherwise take it in.

What was the charging current? If too low, it may not charge. Being a long way for the breaker box, bad plug, bad wiring are all items that can decrease the voltage and then the charging current.

I've had a similar issue and it was related to the outlet. Does your screen or app show 120V, 15 amps and 1-2 kw? That's what I've experienced from successfully plugging into various wall outlets.
