Octopus no longer showing meter readings on bills

I now have this problem. @Mr Miserable did you manage to get this fixed? Mine stopped on 27th Aug, I've tried telling Octpus multiple times but they have no interest to help. I now have the problem of my car not charging now and I have to reconnect my car to the app/IO every single time I charge.

Did you get any help with this?
 
had mine stop for 6 months - rang them up and gave a manual reading and now I’m £370 in debit..

Also the app is often glitchy - yesterday was showing the previous week’s data for electric and gas fine, today the same screen shows an error that it can’t connect to my meter (surely those screens in the app are pulling from their database not the meter directly?)


Also received an octopus mini the other day and it worked the first day I installed it, and since then it just pops up errors. Octopus apparantly looking into it but lets see
