Here’s the Wh/mi I get by driving 90% highway ( 70-75mph) and 10% city

Setup 1:
SV104
21x9.5 275/35/21 ( P ZERO PZ4 T1 Spec)
21x11.5 305/30/21 ( P ZERO NF0 Spec)

—133 mi round trip : 316 wh/mi—

Setup 2:
SV104
21x9.5 275/35/21 ( P ZERO PZ4 T1 Spec)
21x11.5 325/30/21 ( Michelin Pilot Sport 4S)

—95 mi round trip: 320 wh/mi—
Thanks! Great info.
Maybe you have comparison signature 20" vs 21" ?

yeah... why is the wh/mile delta so much between your wheels and the oem 19"?

The comparsion above is with 21". 21" is always going to be less efficient than 19".

Keep in mind that OEM 21" is rated at 101 MPGe: 334 Wh/mi (207 Wh/km). Our 21" test were actually perform better than factory, my guess the P zero T1 spec front tire are "low rolling resistance" which improve the overall efficiency. (Trade off is W speed rated instead of Y, but won't be an issue if you aren't going over 168mph)
Wondering the same thing since weight isn’t a negative factor. Contact patch with the wider tires?

Weight don't play a big factor in efficiency unless you are doing 100% city driving.

Thanks! Great info.

Thanks! I haven't test out any 20" personally, but will do that once I get a chance.

hmm... isnt that what Michelin calls "total performance"? they dont call it low rolling resistance anymore. I think.

but this is a 11% range reduction with the 20" wheels I have. I should probably put the 19" aeros back on for a few weeks to evaluate how much of this is true. My "flush" offset may be also causing some of the added turbulence.

Flagship Series ONE
- Matte Bronze Face
- Brushed Bronze Tinted Lip
-Black Hardware
-22x10 (265/30/22)
-22x11.5 (295/25/22)
-Super Deep Lip / Aggressive Fitment Setup

-22x10 (265/30/22)
-22x11.5 (295/25/22)

This car looks great and this is the exact tire set-up I plan on running (Conti DWS 06+). I asked in another thread and did not get an answer but how does the car do with .5" large diameter up front? I have not seen any OE configuration (older staggered Arachnids were .5" larger in the rear) that has that variance and don't know if the car would pull weird or if it simply "learns" the diameters over time?

The 21" front tire and rear I tested is from Pirelli not Michelin. They are Pirelli P-Zero PZ4 ELETC (design for EV)

@SignatureSales Jamie have you concluded any results from the Taycan spec Elect 21" tires from Pirelli?

Comparing to Michelin PS4S:

Ride Comfort: They are slightly more noisy, but not very noticeable. As far as the driving feel, they are identical to Michelin PS4S.

Performance: Pirelli perform very similar to Michelin PS4S. I don't see an increase or decrease in performance.

Testing was done wiht 95% SOC, drag strip mode ready.

Sidenote, the Pirelli P-Zero PZ4 NF0 ELETC in size 305/30/21 run wide in thread width. I fitted 21x11.5 with them (same wheel width/tire combo as Taycan) and there's still good amount of sidewall protection and not much stretch on the sidewall.

My first post (more to come) but I just took delivery of a ‘22 Model S, just got the tint done (30% all around, 70% on sunroof, 70% in windshield once Tesla replaces it because it has marks in-between the panes of glass), and wrapped (including the roof) in Xpel Ultimate Plus. SV603 in triple tint, 20” square setup with 265/40 Michelin Pilot Sport All Seasons, with factory offset. Keeping the 21” factory wheels and tires for summer use.

Love that retro looks and that double star design. (Spoke shape and the hub).

You can’t go wrong with Signature Wheels. But you really do need to organize and clean up your garage. 🤣
