I remember a few years ago during an unusually cold spell here in Florida people were finding dead iguanas on the ground and they brought them into their houses only to discover that they weren’t dead, but hibernating. After a few hours when they warmed up they would come back to life and people had these huge lizards running through their houses. They actually had a segment on the news telling people to leave the lizards alone.

As a cyclist, Teslas passing me at that speed have similar tire noise to ICE vehicles. You can easily hear them coming. Electric cars under 20 mph tend to sneak up on you.

Fair enough. I’m traveling this week but when I return I will “remaster” the end sound effect. Hopefully it’s still entertaining in the meantime.

I feel awful for the driver. She will likely lose her ride for a few months to get the scratches and dings out.
