354, just got off the phone with my SA, he couldn’t tell on the processor but said the car was built a couple of days ago so he thinks it will have it. MYLR, MSM, no other upgrades from stock other than MSM color.

PSA: People reaching out to SA asking about the new chip, don't forget to also ask about your production build date. I think that information will have better feedback than talking about VINs (which are randomized). Seems like 1/9 (this week build) someone received the new AMD chip.
Although I have been in this thread to see what others experience has been regarding the time frame between the hold being removed and the VIN being assign, coincidentally enough I just logged in to my account (I received no email or notification) that the HOLD has been removed and provided with an estimated window.
Prior to ordering: Requested 6 months hold from date of ordering. Confirmed that they could do this prior to ordering, and they noted the account as soon as I provided the RN (5 mins later). I would not be returning from deployment until the first week of March.

Updated Delivery Windows on 12/1/21: 12/15/21 - 12/31/21
Informed SA on 12/1/21 that I requested a 6 month delay the moment I ordered the car and that I would not be in the states to receive it until March 22. She placed a HOLD until 2/1/22.

For all of you 7 seaters who had holds, we just had a VIN for a white on white MYLR, 7 seat waiting room. Same config as mine except for the wheels and I am not sure if this person has tow package or not. They are also in San Antonio and I am in Austin, so I could be next.

I wanted to get one just in case, but I would imagine bikes and probably will get a cargo carrier for if we need to use the third row and need to carry additional stuff, Tesla Model 3/Y Lightweight Cargo Carrier Rack Package - Universal Cargo Carrier for vehicles with a receiver hitch. - X-Rack.

I think it depends on the type of bike rack. But most either attach to the roof via racks or with a tow hitch. I have seen others in sedans that connect via straps to the trunk but I am not sure if that is an option with a Y.
Most people I know use it for bike racks. If you're an avid cyclist or mountain biker, having a tow hitch mounted bike rack is a lot better than a roof or trunk rack.

No need to worry, you can add the package on after you take delivery of the car, Model Y Tow Package. Also there are third party tow hitches you can install.Ooooh ok, good to know. Did you complete your entire profile before getting matched to a VIN? i.e. Delivery Location, Registration, Trade-In, and Payment method?
With 4680 batteries coming out of Austin from the start of production, I wonder if it makes sense to try and hold again.
Anyone in here attempting to put their order back on hold? I wonder if Tesla has loosened up since there are less holds to deal with now that we are on the other side of a January.
