Ordered Mar13th, no email, nothing in account...

Is this normal?

Upon submitting the order payment, there was a picture of a hedgehog and an order number, nothing since. I think it said I should receive an email within 24hrs but didn't screen grab it.

Credit card was successfully charged, just curious if this is normal or if I should assume it didn't process fully?

My e-mail arrived about 4 hours later. Have you double checked your junk, spam folders and filters? Subject line = Thank you for your order and it came from [email protected]

OK so apparently I used an obsolete email address when I placed the order, I think it was auto linked somehow having registered for a test drive with it last year.

You can ask them to merge that RN with your current Tesla Account. I had to do that when I accidentally ordered my Cybertruck under the wrong email address.

Good to hear, thanks for letting me know. I am still waiting to hear from Tesla but glad to know it went through and is a non issue.
