No Vin's assigned or delivery dates specified.

Would like to close it by 31st to avail the locked in int rates. What's the likelihood to get the vin assigned and contracts ready by then?

Depends if they are building cars for domestic or international right now. If you are worried go to a store and see if they have something in inventory close to your spec.

To get the tax credit, you need delivery by the date, not just contract, etc. My May order took 13 days from order to delivery.

Ok delivery scheduled for Wednesday. They won’t allow me to pick it up from Fremont,CA Any way to change this to pickup?
