Just cancelled, after almost $400K spent with this company in under two year(2 P100Ds and 1 Model 3 LR) and 7 referrals... the absolute $hit customer service I've experienced on this order has led me to say no thank you and I'm out! I'll Give my hard earned money to another company who deserves it.
I feel you. But where else are we going to go for a high performance EV sedan in this size and segment?

So paint me a little cynical but.....

I saw all the good news posted on this thread so I thought I'd head over to Tesla.com and see what my page looked like. Immediately upon logging in, I got the text to fill out information for my trade in. Also noticed the edit button is gone and it's asking me to apply for financing.

Hear me out. This is WAY too coincidental I think. I think I triggered something by logging in. Also, the fact that we A LOT of us are moving forward says to me that maybe it's not real. Maybe Tesla is allowing everyone to move forward at the same time.... Regardless of real VIN assignment or true progress? Just smells fishy to me....

I hope I'm wrong cause it means I'm moving forward but my Spidey senses are going off

@Leodoc i think this means you are moving forward. My page has not changed and I am not getting promoted for trade in info. So you are further ahead then me at least.

I hope you are right. Just kinda feels like when we all were able to enter orders back in June...or we all saw a website change...or we all got the "by october" delivery. I guess I'll believe it when i have a VIN.

on another note, my link for trade in is broken. I've done it on my phone and on my laptop and even though the RN is in the link, the website says that it doesn't know the reservation number. Anyone else?

The link doesn't work on my laptop either, but I was able to access from my phone... hopefully it doesn't break before I can take and upload photos

Ok, well after it was confirmed by a customer support specialist that my order was cancelled and they would be mailing me a check for the $3,500.00 deposit, my DS called me and stated that my VIN magically appeared 5YJ3E1EB6JF073XXX

Apparently my email with the 2 P100D and 1 Model 3 Long Range Purchase Agreements. Caught the attention of someone higher up. Even the support specialist was baffled as to why I didn’t have a VIN up to then. Anyway, it’s scheduled for delivery Sept. 29th tentavely and may be moved up if it arrives sooner.

I can say, my DS is spectacular and tried literally everything to help me as did the customer support specialist. It’s that one weak link that can cause all of the problems, sad that one person who doesn’t do their job can make an entire company look incompetent.

Alas, the higher powers came through!

I called yesterday and they told me, I have no VIN assigned so they can't tell me anything yet. This morning I get an email from inside sales that says we can schedule delivery as soon as next week... It is finally happening!!!

( although I can't complain, I haven't waited much at all, especially compared to people waiting for years)

I think I'm starting to see a pattern emerging. So far people who got VINs and/or delivery dates are either people who ordered in June and/or people who live in CA.
