Passenger seat posessed.

For the past couple of weeks, the front passenger seat in our MY has started occasionally moving position when we open the car.
I was under the impression that this sear had no memory setting but something is making it move.
It has happened when someone is using the seat as well as when it is just me in the car.

Does anyone have any suggestions before I log a service ticket? I have had a look but have been unable to find anything on it.

Early in the life of our model Y this used to happen (2020). Use the voice command "bug report" to have the car save logs. I don't remember what service did to resolve our issue but hasn't happened in years.

Found the service invoice, they ended up replacing a controller.

Sorry. Didn’t read that it was passenger seat.

Can’t think of anything else that could be doing that but best to raise the request.

Bug report in australia provides tesla with a time stamp. You should tell them that time when you book the service in the app. Bug report does not cause tesla to look at your issue automatically

Same in the US, it just saves the logs so Tesla can find them later.
