Congratulations everyone on getting their VINs!!! I just dropped my car off at xpel. The acceleration is even more exciting than I remember. I can’t wait to get it back.
Delivery process was very smooth, I didn’t have to sign any additional paperwork, just the purchase agreement. The delivery specialist walked around the car with me as I went down my check list. Was very pleased with the process and didn’t have any issues. Good luck to everyone! I’ll still lurk here and there!

My Montreal SA told me I would be able to pickup on the 19th, then that changed to home delivery with no date set. I was contacted this weekend by a delivery specialist who told me my car would arrive 12/15 or 12/16 and be trucked to me asap. Received MVPA and signed paperwork this morning, now both SA and delivery guy are telling me there are delays at the border and the car isn't even in Canada yet, likely another 1-2 weeks for delivery. No Christmas joyrides for me

If you don't mind me asking, how much of the car are you getting wrapped and what was the price? Planning on doing the same if my car ever decides to exist.
So I just got out of a chat with Tesla. And according to the person I was chatting with they are assigning VINs according to when your profile was completed. Even though I placed my order on 10/18 my profile wasn’t submitted until 12/7. WTF...

WTF that's bogus bullsh!t... it should be when you submitted your credit card and they get the money for it.
I can’t see it. This is what they told me. “We see you summited your profile on the 7th. We are still working on your car. You should be hearing from us soon.”
Well my DC told us to not even apply for financing until the 2nd of December that way we wouldn’t have to apply again. Other wise my profile would have been completed a long time ago. So I am hoping this is BS.

I'm in the same boat RIP, as I was looking to other sources of financing and amount of down payment. I didn't imagine it affected my order since I put $100, non-refundable, and Tesla could easily sell the car if I didn't want it.

Congrats! Was the text auto generated, or from your personal SA? How did you schedule delivery and what type of window did they give you to schedule pick up? Thanks!
Mine has been stuck on drafting a contract for 2 weeks. Not sure if that means profile complete or not...
