Phone App: Additional ways to access car remotely?

Is there anyone out there with any contacts that can comment on whether there are plans to introduce a way to access the car other than the Android and IOS apps?
The ones I would personally be interested in are
Windows Phone
Windows
Web based.

Thanks Doug. I do know about Bluestacks. It is a kludge, but I can make it work I guess until something supported exists.
