It depends on what version car you have. Its on the sticker inside passenger door and varies between specs.
If you have an accident and you are overloaded, it becomes an issue.

My M3P is 375Kg. Put four hefty male adults in the car for a trip to Snowdonia last February, plus suitcases for a week and mountaineering equipment and I know we were considerably over the weight limit. At least it was only for the journey there and back, not while I was throwing the car round narrow mountain roads.

What variant Model 3 do you have? The SR is apparently 400kg, possibly due to lighter weight.

The heavier LR, dual motor cars have always seemed to have the lesser occupant/cargo carrying capacity which obviously makes sense.
Would be interesting to know what the Polestar was as when I did the calcs based on tyre loads of the M3, I recon it should have been over 500kg.
