Do you really think it will be around $69K fully loaded? I am thinking around $55-$57K. Lets say 20% off each option...

I think this would be a common use case for most buyers, maybe a long the lines of what Elon was thing when he said ~$42,000 on average (estimates based on above pricing). $43,000 USD (8,5000 in upgrades).

Autopilot convenience features ($2500 for S)
Glass Roof / Sunroof ($2,500)
Sound system ($1500)
Premium paint ($1000)
Premium wheels ($1000)

They should include more of these features in the base cost to increase the efficiency and productivity of their supply chain and manufacturing :)

Want to make a bet on that?

Here are my estimates:

Base $ 35,000.00
Supercharging $ 1,500
Paint $ 1,000.00
Larger battery $ 7,500.00
AWD $ 4,000.00
Wheels $ 2,500.00
Auto-Pilot $ 2,500.00
Leather Seats $ 2,000.00
Premium Interior $ 2,500.00
Panoramic Roof $ 1,500.00
Fancy trim (Carbon fiber) $ 750.00
HiFi $ 2,000.00
Sub-Zero $ 1,000.00
Peformance $ 10,000.00
Ludicrous $ 5,000.00
Smart Air Suspension $ 2,500.00
Carbon Fiber Spoiler $ 1,000.00
Grand total: $82,250.00 (pre tax and delivery fees)

Maybe I didn't discount some of the options enough, but surely we are going to easily go past $55k.

I totally agree with this more than the guys saying 55k.. someone suggested Performance with ludicrous mode for only $3k, really?? Until they break the mold you have to use the S/X as the basis for comparison, with no options a base 70 is like $72.5k vs a fully loaded P90DL around $140k+!

To be honest I think Tesla loses money on Base Model 3, they have to make some profit off the options to survive.

I thought the pano roof was standard but getting the impression this isn't the case? If not, I'm definitely upgrading to pano roof. Leather is also a must for me. Lastly a good sound system. I 'think' I can upgrade the battery at a later date if needed correct? I may go for AWD depending on the cost of other options.

I'd save the $1500 on a sound system. Do it yourself for a fraction of the cost.

AP (of course), dual chargers, and any additional tech packages

Forgot about the high amp charger, and towing option so my guess for a fully loaded Model 3 is now $84,000:
Base $ 35,000.00
Supercharging $ 1,500.00
Paint $ 1,000.00
Larger battery $ 7,500.00
AWD $ 4,000.00

Ludicrous $ 5,000.00
High amp charger $ 1,000.00
Towing option $ 750.00
Smart Air Suspension $ 2,500.00
Carbon Fiber Spoiler $ 1,000.00
Grand total: $84,000.00 (pre tax and delivery fees)

Largest available battery, for additional range and speeding up Supercharging
Supercharging enabled (I wonder if that might be bundled with larger battery sizes to help keep the wait at SCs shorter - easier to get the charge you need in less time to make the next leg of your trip.)
AWD
Full autopilot
Air suspension
Glass roof (One of the points of getting this thing is being able to drive it places that are really beautiful, like Yosemite. Looking up will have its perks - not to mention lowering the weight of the vehicle, thus increasing range.)
Tow hitch (As Elon mentioned in tweets over the weekend.)

If this clocks in at $50-55k, that's still half the price of an X configured the way that I want.

I'm crossing my fingers that this sort of configuration, plus being in California, plus getting a reservation while waiting in line at a store on March 31 will get me the car (even though I won't have an S or an X if I stay with the 3) before the $7500 tax credit expires.
