Power on but app confused

I powered on my system today. Solar production appears to be working but my Tesla mobile app doesn't show solar exists, power is just emanating out to the grid. I connected to my gateway 2 wifi and it shows "Meter is missing". Any tips? Just wait until tomorrow? Call support again?

I'm pretty technical... but considering that it is generating at the moment I'd rather not screw it up. Seems Tesla installer neglected to complete the job and populate this information properly in the wizard, best to call them up and have them fix it.
You just have to find out if it's a neurino (typical with a pw+) or the gateways plug in X or Y meter (have to open the gateway inner panel cover)

Then set it up in the wizard
