Problem with Hansshow Support

I will never buy a product from this company again. Beware that if you need customer service, you won't get it from them. Ripped me off $300 for a Tesla model 3 rear screen.
Did you pay with credit card? If so, do a chargeback through credit card company. I was completely ignored by "Support" so this was what I had to do and I see others in this thread did also. It was easy to get my money back this way. Seems to be a common occurrence with Hansshow.

I bought a Hansshow instrument cluster (Hansshow Model 3/Y F9 9 inches Touch Screen Carplay/Android Smart Dashboard) for my Tesla Model 3 RHD. Before receiving it I checked to see how easy it would be to connect. The videos I had watched were all for LHD cars. IAfter checking the location of th Intel port on my car, I concluded that it was not possible to access the port on my RHD car and to unplug the existing plug and plug in the new wiring. So when the parcel arrived from Hansshow, I asked Fedex to return it. I contacted Hansshow and explained to them, and after several emails they agreed to refund the money.
The parcelwa returned to Hanshow and they said that they had received it. It was delivered back to them on March 24th. I have had several emails saying that I will be refunded. They have now seem to have stopped replying to my emails and I have not received a refund. I tried telephoning them, but the only reply is a message saying the opening hours (I rang when they were open), and to contact them by email ? I do not not what else to do to get the refund.
So, I would recommend anybody wanting to buy from Hansshow, to check carefully that the product will fit their car, later returns are not stright forward, although their refund policy says they will refund if articles are returned in good condition. This instrument cluster had never been opened ! I have not received a refund.
