Process to take Model 3 from California to Ontario, Canada

One of family member currently lives in San Francisco, CA and planning to move to Ontario. She wants to take her Model 3 (2019) with her.

Few Additional Information:

• Car is fully paid and title has both her and husband's name
• It's in very good condition
• She has about 3 months
• There was a Tesla Model 3 recall (Link) which is pending as Tesla said they will contact when the parts will be available. It doesn't affect any drivability
• Checked the car import compatibility at RIV website and it looks like Model 3 is eligible

Information needed:

• If anyone has imported their used Model 3, how was the experience?
• What actions she should take now in order to make this move happen smoothly?
• Looking for good/reasonably priced car shipping company
• Husband will join them about 6-8 months later. Would she need to be sole title holder of the car before import?

Please advise if anyone has any guidance. TIA
