Purchase agreement?

I'm scheduled for pickup for this Friday, but to finish my Credit Union's loan (loan is preapproved) I need the full sales/purchase agreement. I've called the pickup store twice and have been told "Just finished it, you should get it via email in the next hour". But... nope, nothing. They verified the correct email address both times.

My CU isn't known for being particularly quick with... well... anything, so I'd like to make sure to get this done today. Anyone run into this problem? What was the solution?

It should show up on your Tesla account on the bottom right of your delivery page. You can pull that and give it to your CU.

I looked there, but all I see is "order agreement" and "Lemon law" documents. The order agreement PDF doesn't list taxes, just the breakdown of the car's features and prices for those.

I’m having same issue too with delivery on the 17th. Tesla said the Purchase Agreement populates 48 to 72 hours before delivery day.

Email your delivery specialist and get them on it.. I got mine only after doing that.

Same boat, delivery slated on the 17th (no vin yet). Whenever I email my delivery specialist, she never writes back. Pretty darn annoying.

When will the final purchase agreement appear?
It wasn't until I was assigned a Delivery Specialist that the Final MVPA was made available on Tesla.com. Somehow made it all happen within a working week, though.

Same thing happened to me. For a week or two leading up to delivery everybody I dealt with at my SC was completely unresponsive. Did not return back a single call or email. Two days before delivery I called the Tesla HQ number and they had it expedited and sent over that afternoon. Then had everything finalized for the loan the day after.

Haha I took delivery on Saturday and still don't have the purchase agreement online. I think they may be having issues. My CU just cut a blank check for me so I didn't need it at first.

Does anyone know...if you're lending through Tesla, should you expect to ever see the Purchase Agreement before delivery?

I had to call my local Tesla sales center and ask about it(needed to send it to my CU). Three hours after calling the paperwork showed up on my account.
