Q: 70 or 75kWh pack in a 2017 Model X 70D? (~3/2017 mfg date)

New here, was looking at a 70D 2017 Model X (w a 3/2017 mfg date) and had a few questions I'm not able to answer on my own (yet). I have access to the VIN.

Is there a way to tell if it can be software unlocked to 75kWh/whether it has the 70kWh or 75 kWh pack without seeing the car?
What about finding the Supercharging rate for this car?
Any info on the battery chemistry (I thought I read the new 75/90's were being SC throttled).

I understand there is a battery sticker on the front passenger wheel well but haven't been able to get the owner to take a look.

Links are equally as appreciated as direct answers since I know a lot of this may exist elsewhere on the forum :)

Thanks!

Can you provide the VIN or list of option codes for the car?

Being a 2017 build, I would think that it would have a 75 kWh battery.
