Random Model S sightings

White Model S (not close enough to see the badge) across from the Longacre Theater in Manhattan where "Allegiance" just let out. Doesn't George Takei drive an S? The people all around me found it curious that I wasn't taking any pictures with the actors, but asking them to move so I could get an unobstructed pic of the car.

Sitting at a stoplight this morning and it was rather chilly, watching the exhaust spew from the three vehicles in front of me as I rolled my eyes...until I realized that there was only exhaust from two of them!

Given that there are only about 50 or so Model S on Maui, I think it is pretty cool.

I'm proud to say my 2013 Model S was purchased by someone in Hawaii. I know because he found me on this forum and asked me questions about the car. I'm not sure which island though. But somewhere in Hawaii my first Model S love is retired in style!

Spotted in the Old Chicago parking lot at Austin Bluffs and Academy in Colorado Springs at about 1:30 today. First time I was able to get a picture of a random sighting! (sorry for the foreground smudges... I took the picture through my car window while waiting at the stoplight.)

Well, that does explain it. It was still random to me, though.:smile: There easily could have been more of them, as there's a fairly sizable portion of the parking lot that isn't visible from this vantage point.

Saw this guy in Portland last Summer. Apologies for blurry cam pic, but I was crossing the street and taking a pic at the same time Once we safely crossed, I chatted with the driver (owner?) for a minute. I politely declined a ride after explaining that my daily driver was back home in MD :biggrin:
