real-time traffic no longer showing up - anyone else?

A few weeks ago I noticed that the red/green colors on the map are no longer showing up. The navigate function still seems to be trying to find the fastest route, but it was useful to see where the bottlenecks were. Anyone else having this issue? I've tried restarting the MCU but no benefit.

Currently I am running 2018.48.12.1. I believe (but am not sure) that this has persisted through at least 1 software update.

..latest firmware removes all green lines...so only red/orange now.

Try a reboot, I find it's usually a network hook that has gotten broken.

You might want to check and make sure you still have the traffic option turned on.

Try paying for premium connectivity... unless you already have in which case simplest and fastest way is to chat with Tesla support to fix.
