Record TouchScreen Video?

I know there is no Tesla way of recording the touch screen display, but has anyone ever heard of a hack to enable this? I wish they would add a 5th channel to the 4 already being recorded by the dash cam so we can see a little of what the car was thinking when we push the capture button.

I actually did that, almost. I bought a VanTrue N2 Pro dashcam and mounted it to the top glass near the dome light. Didn't quite work. The resolution wasn't high enough to get all the details on the screen and at that short distance it was slightly out of focus. Also the automatic brightness control on the camera made the image of the screen way too bright. Almost washed out the image. What I want is the raw video going to the display.
