Gaps will disappear need to adjust the carbon fiber hood
And fog lights unfortunately not plug and play :)
Yes, we are almost done with the front retrofit but having problems with he fog lights not working . We also did the rear retrofit which was prettty easy and was almost plug and play.
Will show final results when everything is done. Thanks to RRamuu12 for some cool tips.

Here are some more pictures I found on my phone with the retrofit.

My Model X is in the shop as I type this and they literally told me they can't get the bumper on, seems like it was fairly straight forward for you, any tips you can share for that rear bumper? Do we need a custom bracket or something? Any help would be greatly appreciated

Anyone know the part number for the new Model X Undertray Shield? I can only find replacement model numbers for my current 2018. With the model number I can locate it at Tesla parts and complete the retrofit

For the rear or front? Rear was direct bolt on. Front requires new brackets and modifying the reinforcement bar.
