There was but they were absolutely clueless and couldn't even help with my key fob. Luckily I had small screwdrivers in my 3 to help pop the battery.
They probably knew generic model X stuff, but I already knew all that and my questions were very specific to the refresh items. They definitely had no training on that.No rear floor mats for a 100k+ car and no assistance? Crazy
Calling and on hold while they figure out what should come with the vehicle, no one knows apparently.
In the mean time trunk and frunk pictures with the license plate holder for scale.

My X is now on East Coast... can't take a picture (5 seater anyway)I'll call and ask. It does seem like a mat might not work with the moving captain chairs, curious what older 6 seat models had. View attachment 731582
Maybe I’m crazy but the rear trunk looks much different than previous X. The old X had the rear trunk level with the back of the vehicle where the trunk latches.. it looks like there is about a 2 inch drop from your photos nowCalling and on hold while they figure out what should come with the vehicle, no one knows apparently.

Right! No rear floor mats for a 100k+ car and no assistance? Crazy
Couple more photos, I'm pretty sure it is a bit different now. There are two levels to set the board at, and the lower one prevents you from lowering the third row seatsMaybe I’m crazy but the rear trunk looks much different than previous X. You’re right! Does it look slightly smaller to you as well?Maybe I’m crazy but the rear trunk looks much different than previous X. The old X had the rear trunk level with the back of the vehicle where the trunk latches.. it looks like there is about a 2 inch drop from your photos now
All four doors have that same plastic X logo, the front doors are just stretched longer and a little thinner. They took out the mat that was in the second and third row? How cheap of them. Does both of your FWD's have the Model X logo on it?
A lot about this process has made zero sense for how expensive this vehicle is.Right!
It does appear smaller as well.. looks like the upper of the two levels allows it to be flush like current XYou’re right! Does it look slightly smaller to you as well?
How about where the rear door hinge at the top?All four doors have that same plastic X logo, the front doors are just stretched longer and a little thinner. View attachment 731603
Thanks!Purple is 12.75 inches, green is 16. It's 35 inches from back display to the third row base.
Hoping that means a bit more room in 2nd and 3rd row at leastIt does appear smaller as well.. looks like the upper of the two levels allows it to be flush like current X
You should just make a video/YouTube it all.. Definitely will get a ton of views/might be able to monetize it! Regardless, I think this goes with our saying but you are amazing for answering everyone’s questions! Only thing I wanted to know is if the all weather mats in store were compatible..All four doors have that same plastic X logo, the front doors are just stretched longer and a little thinner. These are the original floor mats that came with my 2017 Model X. The back row had a floor mat too but it was shaped around the seat pillars. I only have them at home now because living in New England I upgraded to that brand "3D MaxPider" as I track in dirty snow all the time. (They are a good rubber custom fit - I saved them, I hope they still fit!Could I get a picture? Just curious, of the back mats too if possible.
