I'm curious - what about the viability of the pack that hasn't been charged for a while? This pack has probably discharged long ago.
It will sit for a pretty good amount of time without any problems. Though it's best to charge it to around 75% first if you plan on leaving it disconnected for a long time.

I've revived packs that have been taken down until they disconnect then left to sit for months with no problems or observable degradation.

welp, the Battery is home, woke up early the next morning and had my assistant claim my drive unit. its also a very heavy piece and of course he had zero help, he had to anchor my come along to the trailer and ratchet the drive unit up the ramp (imagine pulling a 500lb object on dollies with plastic wheels up a ramp with holes)

oh well.
