You can get Two Priority Model 3s IF own two of either Roadster,Model S, or Model X.

If you only own 1 of Roadster,Model S, or Model X you get 1 priority Model 3.

Two Priority Model 3s is the max. You can own three Roadsters or three Model S but you only get 2 Priority Model 3s.

You can get a 2012 Model S with 100k miles on the odometer, pay $38k for it, and get an additional Priority Model 3 for a maximum of 2.
