That's odd that VIN disappear from the source code- you might want to call the Tesla CSR on phone or online chat to find out if the car has been built yet? They seem to be able to pull up info as long as it's not too close to the delivery date - once it's near the delivery date, they just say " only the delivery team has the info now"

It happened to me when they resched my appointment. Check via source code if it’s still there.

So I got a text today and my appointment got bumped much earlier. I was thinking maybe it was a rejected vehicle and asked for the build date. Told me it was June 10th, so it's not likely to be a rejected vehicle. Chronically, I ordered on June 3, Tesla started building it on June 10, provided VIN on source on June 11, and I guess in 10-11 days delivery to Lawrence Service Centre. Crazy.
Wish me luck on a good delivery experience! Got two copies of my checklist ready!

I ordered a M3P- red with black interior on July 28 and got my VIN right away as it was an inventory vehicle. My concern is the VIN is KF414XXX which appears to be a late May build based on other VINs posted here. Could this be a rejected model?
I just picked up Saturday. white AWD lr. Also 414XXX. Not sure how to tell if it was May build date
