Ride height changing after putting the X in park.

I noticed and ran into several issues with this.

First, curbs or parking bumpers; you park and the nose happens to overhang but clear the curb or parking bumper. Then as you are walking away you watch it lower itself on the curb/bumper and you hear creeks. Sure, don't park so far, but it cleared them when I parked, why change the height afterwards?

Second, parking on a slight slope in the snow/ice. As I was walking away, I noticed the height change which causes the tires to lose traction (spreading the footprint?) and the car slide several inches one time and a foot another time.

I don't know of any car with air suspension that doesn't settle when turned off. It warns if this in the manual. This is why a forward camera with parking block sensing would be helpful so you don't overhang a tall parking block. Interesting about the car sliding, tho.
