My theory is that they are trying to remove friction while buying the car, maybe they try to upsell FSD between purchase and delivery? Maybe they think people would order it anyways later?
You can install our site as a web app on your iOS device by utilizing the Add to Home Screen feature in Safari. Please see this thread for more details on this.
Note: This feature may not be available in some browsers.
Why would they remove it from my options though? That seems shady to me.
People cannot read and expect it to work right now.
Plus, legal exposure.
Just a glitch related to removing the option from the configurator I bet.But that means my car depreciated 3K in one day
No biggie, if the option is not working then they shouldn't be selling it.
Interesting, my vehicle details on my Tesla account no longer shows FSD. Not overly worried about it. I hope it’s just a webpage or admin error. But that means my car depreciated 3K in one day
And, it's also dropped from the Model S.It's now gone from Model X.
It's now gone from Model X.
It's still available in canadian configurator...
I think the removal of this option in USA can be related to some legislation requirements, as the feature is still not available....
It should always be $3K not $5K.
It's a download not a hardware install.
