Roadside assistance getting help from Tesla

I have been stranded for 48 hours now. No help from Tesla.

We called for flat tire on Thursday. Tesla said...

1. "Sorry, no loaner wheels are available".
2. Ok, how much mobile unit? They said someone will come in 24 hours.
3. Ok, the mobile tech cancelled last minute saying they are busy.
4. ok, mobile tech said they will come on Saturday
5. ok, another message, said, not working on Memorial day weekend.
6, ok, now another message, will try next week.
7. Tried calling main helpline again, now rep says sorry, no options available, only towing.
8. I called Gieco, they said they can come in 30 minutes, but they need spare or loaner wheel.
9. Checked all local shops....nobody was selling same Tesla tire.

Tesla rep kept sending emojis.

It is a simple fix that can be done in less than 10 minutes.

I was puzzled by Tesla's tech's last minute cancellation....and then rescheduling and then cancelling and then hanging us in the limbo.

When I requested Geico...it created a trackable service request. Within 30 minutes tech was on the way....but I had to tell we do not have a spare and I just cannot buy the tire from anywhere 100 miles radius.

I feel Tesla needs to work on more accountable process so that someone in the chain does not drop the ball.

PLEASE Tesla if you are reading please copy paste the code from Geico app...and just implement the same idea. It will make everyone happy.
