Room for wall connector in this service panel

Do yall think there is enough room for a 60A?

Moving into a new townhome, having the electrician come out to install the wall connector. Hoping to install it to enable full capabilities from the wall connector (60A---continuous 48A charging) as I had at my last place. This is the only picture I have of the service panel; this is the first place I had that didn't have a panel switch labeled 100, 150, or 200A. I'm assuming that's located somewhere else on the property.

What do you mean by is there enough room?
If you mean physically, then yes, 21/23 can be used for a 240V breaker.
If you mean is there enough power available, then you need to get an electrician to do a load calculation based on your incoming service.

If the load calculation doesn't have enough headroom for adding the charger at 60A, you can ask about something like DCC-10 which monitors the total load in the house, and disconnects the EV charger when the load is too high.

The townhouse I rented before I got married and my wife and I bought our current house, had the main disconnects next to the meter for each unit outside. These were directly outside my front door. All 150, if I remember correctly (obviously, ymmv).
