Safety Score stopped transmitting data

My Safety Score suddenly stopped transmitting my driving data. There is a yellow notification saying "vehicle must have connectivity to transmit driving data"

My car is connected to wifi when parked at home, so i dont know why its not transmitting my driving data. can anyone help me fix this issue?

First thing I would check is if my wifi at home is actually connecting. For some unknown reason my car stayed connected to LTE after I pulled into the garage a few times. I was wondering why no updates were coming through.

I'm pretty sure its connected. I checked the wifi connection and says it was connected to my network.

I have the same problem since 1/6/2023. No more updated score. Have 2022.44.30.10. This is on the S. The Y has no problem.

Mine stopped 1/6 as well. No idea why!

Nope, my Safety score has stopped updating siince Jan 3

My last recorded date is Jan 6th. It connects to Wi-Fi just fine. I wish there was a way to debug anything.

Same issue for me with my Y.

Mine works fine now. No change made. It started to update again from 1/26 after all the bars being push off the left.

looks like mines is working again after the app updated
