I just bought a new 2024 Tesla Model Y after trading in my 2022 Tesla Model Y. For some reason when I pull into my garage instead of having sharp picture of vehicles next to my car I am surrounded by an orange and gray cloud. I brought the car in for service an all they would say that is the way it is. Can anyone explain why this is happening, and is there any human I can talk to at Tesla to get this fixed? Please advise.

Correct, functionality is as intended. Press the camera icon as you pull in to bring up the video stream

the so-called cloud is an actual 3d construction of all the shapes of things around you. the cloud continues to build as the car moves around and captures more detail. you can use your finger to rotate the image around the screen
