Add drawing, % symbol. How does one apply the fibs to ThinkOrSwim? I don't see fibonacci as a study to add.
FWIW I just closed my ~301 for some profit that I wrote yesterday when I thought 300 was safe. Looks to me like ~304 close Friday. I'm letting my 300c play unless there's a big dip to close.
Oh snap look at that! Thank you. So, initial tap at open price and then slide it up to what exactly? Thank you in advance!Add drawing, % symbol.
My two points are that time frame's hi and low, not necessarily the open.Oh snap look at that! Thank you. So, initial tap at open price and then slide it up to what exactly? Thank you in advance!
Not bad reasoning - things to consider -Sold -c350, 30 contracts for October monthly. With the way macro is trending, there is no reason to think that the stock is going to go up 20% over the next month.
I'm also looking at -c400 December monthlies for the same reason.
I'd argue that even if TSLA gets stellar Q3 earnings, overall macro is going to keep this stock trending sideways until we get some positive inflation/rate news.
Would love to hear anyone's thoughts on this take.
I've been holding back on additional buys until after I see how the market reacts to the almost certain 75bps rate hike. My guess is after the next earnings we never see this level again.FOMC meeting next week Sept 20-21.
long calls or covered calls?I closed all my calls. I decided not to poke the bear.
I did the same trade again, in at $1.10, out at .40. That's a first for me! This day was perfect for daytrading short calls, 2 quick peaks and 2 quick dips.Channeling my inner Yoona, I also daytraded some $315c watching the fibs. In at $1.20, out at .50.
