This news might be more about Tesla's inability to compete with China especially at the lower end.

For my drives there are just as many issues with v12 as ever so there needs to be a serious FSD breakthough before any chance of robotaxis success.

He does, I remember on an OLD podcast they have an internal chart of disengagements and interventions and it had a clear trend and he said thats why he truly believes that every year FSD will be solved that year
