Is there a way on the Tesla app, to view Sentry Mode clips, or a way to get a notification when there is an event?

No, but you do get alerts in the app if the alarm is activated

Worth reiterating that alarm is (thankfully) different to sentry mode triggers.

We have twice had alarm go off, one of which was self inflicted as we jacked the car to change a wheel. This gets reported in the app. But sentry can trigger very often, especially if it is raining - these do not get reported in the app. On returning to our car, we play 'guess the number of sentry events'.
