Service Calls from Tesla All of the Sudden

Out of the blue, I got two calls from Tesla today. One is to check the neurio meter connection and another one to set up a service appt to refill the coolant in PW. I didn't realize that there's coolant in the PW as well. I always worried about the coolant refill/leaking issues from the inverter instead. I've read many reportings on the failed inverters.

My PW is working as far as I can tell. I'm not seeing any issue with it or paying any attention to. I asked if they are seeing that it's overheating, they said no, strange.

Yes, but I'm cuirous what they have seen on their end to trigger the refill. The neurio meter connection hasn't been working since installation. I didn't bother to follow up since Tesla got the SREC, not me.

The Tesla techs just left. They topped off both inverter and PW's coolant. Attached is the pump they used for the coolant.
