So there you have it, the new FUD talking points. I don't believe any of thrm, but it's good to see what can be attacked. Shorts will not leave without a fight.
And I'd been having such a good time petting the Unicorns.

Great looking car overall but i dont like the plain nose, I rather they move the T logo down to the front a bit like the X.
If they reveal the model 3 reservation number it's going to happen in the Q1 shareholder letter to offset potential negative talk about the sharp dive model S numbers are taking this quarter.

I'm also scratching my head about this. I really want to see it open.OT, but I am mystified about how the back hatch opens, but have faith that it does.
What kind of math is IBD editor smoking? 115,000 x $1000 is $115 million , NOT $1.15 B, 10% of that.
Agree.. And if no driver is needed, it should work in an Uber service?
Why would tesla, with their software skills and fleet knowhow let anyone else take this profit?
I hope they as part 2 announce full autonomy, and an option to owners to agree to have their model 3s be part of a Uber-like service, and split profit 50/50.
Mind blowing if true. killing off Uber and the taxi-buisness.
One model 3 could displace 4-5 ICE cars.;-)
Add Uber value to Tesla with a tweet and a software update?
Any thoughts? Just wild ramblings from me, or the logic evolution of things??
I am fairly sure it isn't a hatch. There is a picture where you see trunk hinges.OT, but I am mystified about how the back hatch opens, but have faith that it does.
Oh wow $21 now.Already up $17 premarket. The pre-order figures are huge and the market will react accordingly. Tomorrow will be a good day.
I'm hoping for a quick pop of 10% to a little over $250. With a short squeeze, this could hit $270 by the end of April.
This is probably just to make a round figure. We also have to pay 10000 NOK in norway (~1200 USD), but there is also the cost of currency-risk to consider (or to hedge)...I want to point out something else that's positive that seems to have been overlooked in regards to cash deposits for the M3 reservation. The US$1,000 for a reservation is only for customers in the US. In every other country the deposit is priced in the local currency. In Sweden for example, we have to pay SEK 10,000 for a reservation, which roughly equals US$1,230!
And as far as I know, in all countries outside the US, a Tesla is costlier thus the reservation fee will be higher, which means that the average deposit will be higher than US$1,000 / reservation.
