Great looking wheels, but beware...you're S is most likely overloading your front tires. Your tires have a lower load capacity than the factory tires. Be safe and hope you ride solo most of the time. For reference gross vehicle weight rating on a 85 is 5,710lbs.

Installed wheel bands (from Evannex) today. One set completely covered an existing rash and the others should prevent future ones. I considered black/black bands but glad I got black/gray. The contrast bands reminds me eyeliner. You don't notice how plain your eyes appear until after it's applied. :)

@syosh Thanks for posting, looks great! I'm going with an almost identical setup, will be using 245/40/20 Mich PSS x 4 as well, but with TSW's Geneva rims. Installation should be in a week or so. I was contemplating going with 255's but I was told some people experience rubbing with that size but not with 245/40/20. I believe 245/40/20 width and diameter are the same as OEM Tesla 245/45/19.

Thanks. I was actually considering the Genevas too, but in the end, the resemblance to the HRE P40 look won me over on a personal level. You can't go wrong with either choice.

I checked my recently retired Slipstream 19"s and they're 245/45R19 so yeah, its the same width and diameter.

After the longest 6 weeks, my new wheels have finally arrived! I went with the Avant Garde F521 spec 3 (floating spoke) in the brushed grigio finish and chrome lips and hardware. I went 21x9 in the front and 21x10.5 in the rear. Yuya at AG was able to engineer the maximum concavity and lip size for the model s. The front has a 3 inch lip and rears are a 4 inch lip! I must say I am very happy with the look and fitment! Thanks AG!
