Side cameras stop workimg

Both of my side cameras stopped working last week. Noticed first trying to backup, and checked driving also. Not sure if it is coincidental, but my premium internet access expired and I did not renew it. And I’d had just updated with the latest update. Anyone else had that happen?

I don't think this is related to connectivity. Try a reboot before anything else.

It happened to one of mine. Flickering and then dead. Fixed easily mobile service and he told me the side cameras go out easily

Check them out and see if you see water in the clear plastic piece. If they’re out a day or so after a big rain or going to a car wash and then come back a couple days later that’s probably what it is. Mobile service should replace them. I had 1 go out.

Happened to my parents in their 3 when they updated. I had to do a hard reset (disconnect 12v battery and pull the contactor connector from under the seat for a minute, make sure you have all the doors open). After that you will get a firmware version error so then make a service appointment and ask for them to push the software update out again.
