Slacker not connecting

All of a sudden slacker stopped connecting today. Just 'hour glasses'. Tune-in works, browser works. Just not slacker. any ideas? It works with same login on my cell.

Mine tune in radio doesn't work often, either. Anyone knows about the solutions to these?

I had the same issue with a loaner model s. I called the tech line and they reactivated my login. They gave me the login over the phone after the reset login did not work for me.

I had an issue with slacker and realized when the X is in my garage, it is getting only 1 bar from my router. Sometimes it doesn't connect fully with slacker -- hour glass. So if I am operating in the driveway or the garage, I temporarily turn off my WiFi and the X reverts to LTE -- all works fine.

I can no longer connect to slacker either. Last week it said it ran out or something. I tried to make an account on my laptop but my MX says I can't use a regular account.

Do I contact Tesla for this? I was under the impression that it was free through Tesla. I was really enjoying Slacker, considering that I lost easy access to all my favourite AM stations.
