Slight vibration felt in yoke at ~45mph. Thoughts? (Plaid)

Don’t suppose anyone else experiences this?

At 43mph I can feel a vibration through the yoke. It’s noticeable from around 43mph-48mph. After that no vibration.

My instincts say unbalanced wheel since I did get some tire damage and had a tire replaced. Any other thoughts from you guys?
