Software notifications only to one phone?

My wife and I both have the Tesla app but I am the only one receiving software update notifications. Today I received "Software update completed" but she did not. Charging and battery status are available to us both. BUT, only I receive notifications. Her notifications are turned "ON" in the app on her iPhone as are mine.

Is it because we share the same account that only one phone gets these software notifications? Seems like both should. Again, this is only about software update notifications.

This is exactly how my wife and I are set up (except we use Android). We both get notifications.

nope,

the mrs. actually got the notification on her iphone first, and when i check my android phone, i found out mine also said there is an update.

same account, 2 different phones, iphone and android both were notified.
