This is false. There’s a few of us here who don’t have FSD and are apart of early access

2018.41 --> Meh, not much change for me in EAP capabilities TBH. Took a decent trip on difficult highways last night through Queens to JFK and EAP did not seem to be much better. Had to disengage a number of times when it got confused and had one instance of phantom braking.

Pretty sure it won't work since they added a few months back detection of weight / seatbelt on driver seat? Besides he will depending on speed have to move the steering eveye 30 seconds?

Just seatbelt detection. You can lift your weight off the seat (eg. to extract errant underwear) and autopilot doesn't disengage (thankfully).

Same, no significant improvement really, but environment is horrible for EAP.
