There are always those that have to be first and those that have to be last. With Tesla it is often the luck of the draw that determines where you are at.

Make sure that you have good Wi-Fi and that's about as much as you can do.

Until you can say "all people" at which time it's may be time to call to see if there is a blocking issue.

I don’t believe it does. I would imagine it would be server overload if 10,000 people requested an update. Or not if the server ignores the requests.

2018.18.3? That's super old. You should schedule a service call through the app and select 'firmware update'.

I was on 2019.5. 15for what seemed like forever especially when everyone else here already had 2019.8.x When I asked Tesla about it they told me to sit tight and wait. I just got 2019.12.1.1 last night.

Yeah, we're still on 5.15 since delivery over a month ago too.
Might call and see what's up. Our S received an update yesterday but nothing for the 3!

This is a weak excuse. Content delivery networks have been dealing with this problem for decades. There is no reason Tesla couldn't deal with hundreds of thousands of simultaneous downloads if it's distributed across a CDN.
